The patient was treated with corticosteroids, and she had rapid clinical and radiographic improvement. Malignancy-associated organizing pneumonia has most often been reported in bone-marrow transplant and breast-cancer patients receiving radiation therapy. Data regarding organizing pneumonia in association with other malignancies is quite limited.
