Lung sound auscultation is a non-invasive and effective method to assist in the diagnosis of lung diseases. Take diagnosis of lung diseases as an important reference. Therefore, auscultation can find the dangers of the disease, and to make suggestions and adjust treatment strategies. The purpose of this study was to increase Self-confidence, Lung sound discrimination accuracy, and quality of clinical work on the respiratory therapists (RTs). Methods: This study was conducted at a teaching hospital in the middle of Taiwan. Subjects included 6 RTs in the period from 2017 to 2019. We use a lung sounds training model (LSTM). The intervention was applying a web-film demonstrating. RTs were required to take a pre and post-course test and questionnaire. Results: This study collected 6 after-course test results and questionnaires. All RTs average age 26 years. They scored 75 points pre course test and 88 points post course test. Lung sound quality satisfaction was 6 to 7. Self-confidence (full makers 10) was mean 6 to 8. Lung sound discrimination accuracy is 83% to 86%. Conclusions: The LSTM can affect the attention, learning, memory, and effectiveness of the RT. It can provide education and training for respiratory therapists on auscultation teaching and improve the quality of medical care. course testCourse in progress ER -
