Computed tomography and fiberoptic bronchoscopy findings were consistent with {\textquotedblleft}fallen lung{\textquotedblright} syndrome. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy also found a cavitary lesion at the right tracheobronchial angle. Forceps biopsy of the cavitary lesion indicated bronchogenic carcinoma.
