Radiologic Findings

Chest radiography was performed. It showed multiple thin-walled cystic structures in the right upper lung zone (Fig 1). Her chest CT scan (Fig 2) revealed several large cystic structures, mostly filled with air, measuring 7.2 × 11 × 8.5 cm in aggregate, and located primarily in the superior segment of the right lower lobe with extension into the posterior segment of the right upper lobe.
